01How does automatic routing work?
UNIFIEDX checks only operators that are actually configured, then follows the routing order: Meld, Onramper, Transak, Coinbase and finally the NowRamp prototype. Availability, country, payment method and the provider's own limits still determine the final route.
02Can I choose an operator manually?
Yes. Switch the router to Manual and select any operator card. A provider marked API pending can be inspected, but it cannot receive a payment until its partner credentials are activated.
03Who sets the rate, fees and purchase limits?
The selected operator and its underlying payment provider calculate the quote, fees, minimums and maximums. UNIFIEDX presents the route but does not change a confirmed provider quote.
04Why can the available payment methods change?
Cards, bank transfers and local methods depend on your country, fiat currency, asset, transaction size and the provider's risk rules. The same route may offer different methods to different users.
05Who performs KYC and compliance checks?
Identity verification, sanctions screening and payment compliance are handled by the selected operator or its regulated payment partner. UNIFIEDX does not receive your identity documents or card details.
06What is the difference between Sandbox and Production?
Sandbox is for interface and flow testing. It may use test cards, simulated KYC and no blockchain settlement. Only a provider marked Production can process a real payment.
07What should I do if a payment is pending or rejected?
Keep the provider order or transaction ID, check the email used during checkout and contact that provider's support. Do not immediately repeat a card charge: first confirm whether the original order is pending, failed or reversed.
08Does UNIFIEDX hold my fiat, crypto or card data?
No. Checkout opens inside or transfers you to the selected provider. Funds, KYC, payment authorization, refunds and settlement remain with that independent provider.
