A structured guide to the UNIFIEDX Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to the website, dashboard, Exchange Terminal including Distribute, applications, APIs, OTC services and related products.
Introduction
Welcome to UNIFIEDX.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UNIFIEDX website, dashboard, Exchange Terminal (including Distribute), applications, APIs, OTC services, and all related products and services provided through the UNIFIEDX ecosystem.
By accessing or using UNIFIEDX, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using the platform.
About UNIFIEDX
UNIFIEDX is a non-custodial blockchain infrastructure platform designed to simplify interaction with decentralized technologies.
The platform may provide access to:
- blockchain routing;
- decentralized exchange aggregation;
- bridge aggregation;
- token creation services;
- blockchain analytics;
- OTC infrastructure;
- escrow services;
- infrastructure APIs;
- additional blockchain tools introduced in the future.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, UNIFIEDX does not act as a bank, financial institution, broker, exchange, investment adviser, custodian, or payment service provider.
Non-Custodial Model
UNIFIEDX is built on a non-custodial architecture.
At no time does UNIFIEDX take ownership, custody, or control of users' private keys, recovery phrases, or digital assets.
Transactions requested from your wallet must be reviewed, authorized and cryptographically signed through that wallet. Downstream transactions, including bridge settlement or refunds, may be executed by independent protocols or relayers as part of the route you authorized.
Users remain solely responsible for safeguarding:
- wallet access;
- private keys;
- seed phrases;
- passwords;
- connected devices.
Loss of wallet credentials cannot be recovered by UNIFIEDX.
User Responsibilities
By using UNIFIEDX, you agree to:
- verify every destination wallet address;
- verify token contracts before interacting;
- review all transaction details before confirmation;
- understand applicable blockchain fees;
- maintain adequate wallet security;
- comply with all laws applicable within your jurisdiction.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed on the relevant network. Wallet authorization or submission alone does not establish confirmation or completion of a cross-chain route.
Third-Party Services
UNIFIEDX may integrate or connect with independent third-party infrastructure including:
- decentralized exchanges;
- bridges;
- liquidity providers;
- blockchain networks;
- RPC providers;
- analytics providers;
- wallet providers;
- oracle providers;
- other blockchain infrastructure.
These services operate independently from UNIFIEDX.
UNIFIEDX does not own, operate, or control such services and cannot guarantee their continuous availability, security, pricing, routing, execution quality, or operational performance.
Users interact with third-party services at their own discretion.
Exchange Terminal
UNIFIEDX provides a non-custodial interface for on-chain swaps and cross-chain operations routed through LI.FI and supported third-party exchanges and bridges.
Users remain responsible for:
- reviewing networks, assets, quotes, fees and slippage before confirmation;
- authorizing wallet transactions and checking token spending allowances;
- complying with applicable third-party terms and legal requirements.
Quotes and completion times are estimates. Execution depends on network conditions, liquidity and third-party providers and is subject to the blockchain-risk and liability provisions of these Terms.
Distribute
Distribute enables swaps and transfers to multiple external recipients, with an available LI.FI exchange or bridge selected for each recipient. Cross-chain routes may include additional exchange steps.
Users acknowledge that:
- the limits are 15 on-chain or 10 cross-chain recipients; adding more than two requires risk acknowledgement;
- recipient operations execute separately; some may fail or remain pending while others complete, without reversing completed transfers;
- more recipients increase fees and exposure to delays and errors; network fees may apply even when an operation fails;
- a failed destination swap may deliver a different token; refunds depend on the provider, route and refund address, may require manual action and are not guaranteed.
Verify every address, network, asset and amount before authorization. Check each transfer's status before retrying to avoid duplicate payments. The general risk and liability provisions of these Terms also apply.
OTC Escrow Services
UNIFIEDX may provide access to OTC Escrow services for eligible digital asset transactions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular transaction, UNIFIEDX acts solely as a neutral infrastructure and escrow facilitator.
The active BNB Smart Chain mainnet deployment separates ordinary user settlement from emergency and governance powers. Users create, fill, cancel and reclaim orders directly through the escrow contract. The contract has no administrator withdrawal function and no upgrade function; maker assets can leave escrow only through a valid fill, maker cancellation or expiry reclamation.
An emergency pause can stop only new order creation and fills for no more than 48 hours. Maker cancellation, expiry reclamation and withdrawal of credited native assets remain available during a pause. The owner-only unpause function is itself behind the 48-hour timelock and therefore ordinarily cannot shorten a newly started 48-hour pause; after the deadline, any blockchain account may clear the stale pause.
UNIFIEDX does not become:
- the buyer;
- the seller;
- the owner of transferred assets;
- an investment intermediary.
Users remain solely responsible for:
- verifying counterparties;
- verifying wallet addresses;
- confirming transaction details;
- ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
OTC Security Governance, Addresses and Verification
The following source-pinned BNB Smart Chain mainnet configuration was verified for publication on 16 August 2026. Addresses are stated in full so users can independently compare the website, Safe interface, block explorer, deployed bytecode and live contract state before transacting.

Terminology matters: the escrow contract's guardian role is assigned to the Safe multisignature account. This is separate from Safe's optional Guard extension. No optional Guard contract and no module is installed in the verified Safe configuration; execution therefore continues to require the native 2-of-2 Safe threshold.
Verification was performed in three reproducible layers: successful creation transactions and live state were checked on BscScan; the timelock and escrow source were matched exactly to creation and runtime bytecode by Sourcify; and the UNIFIEDX deterministic verifier compared runtime hashes, owner, guardian, pending ownership, Safe owners and threshold, singleton, proxy factory, fallback handler, modules, Guard slot, timelock roles and both 48-hour limits against the pinned release.

Public source and bytecode matching proves that the disclosed source corresponds to the deployed release and that the disclosed governance configuration existed when checked. It does not guarantee that the software is vulnerability-free, insure a transaction or constitute a new independent legal or security opinion.
Emergency pause is intended for a reasonably credible, time-sensitive threat to safe OTC execution—for example, an active or imminent exploit, attempted hack, compromised governance signer, material bytecode or role mismatch, malicious transaction pattern indicating contract abuse, or a BNB Smart Chain or critical dependency incident that could cause unauthorized transfers or unsafe settlement. The incident response should document the trigger, confirm both Safe approvals, preserve evidence, notify users where lawful, and either unpause through governance after mitigation or allow the pause to expire.
The emergency function is not a discretionary confiscation tool. It cannot seize, redirect or withdraw maker assets, reverse completed transactions or freeze a user's self-hosted wallet. A sanctions, KYC or counterparty alert concerning one user ordinarily results in a service-layer review or interface restriction; the global on-chain pause is reserved for an immediate system-level safety risk.
The Safe is also the sole proposer, canceller and executor for the self-administered timelock. Changes to the guardian or other owner-only escrow actions must first receive both Safe signatures, be scheduled on-chain and wait at least 48 hours before execution. Loss of either owner key prevents future 2-of-2 governance and emergency actions. Because no recovery module is enabled, an owner change still requires a valid threshold-approved Safe transaction and may be impossible if the unavailable key cannot sign.
