UnifiedX Swap FAQ

What is the difference between an on-chain and a cross-chain swap?

An on-chain swap exchanges tokens within the same network. A cross-chain swap sends an asset from one network and delivers the receiving asset on another.

How can I check that I selected the correct token?

Check the network and contract address. Different assets can share the same name, ticker or logo.

Can I receive funds in a different wallet?

Yes. Enter the receiving address in Destination wallet. The address must match the destination network. Check the network, token and recipient before confirming.

Which networks and tokens are available?

Available assets appear in the network and token selectors. Route availability is checked for your chosen pair and amount. A token being listed does not guarantee an available swap route.

Why does the receiving amount change?

Exchange rates, liquidity and fees change over time. Estimated receive is an estimate. A minimum receiving amount is shown when the selected route provides one.

Where can I check my swap status?

Open Recent activity, connect the wallet used for the swap and refresh its status. A confirmed send transaction does not yet mean the recipient has received the funds. If a swap is delayed, check its status before sending again.

What fees apply to a swap?

Swap costs include route and network fees. Available figures appear in the quote and Details, while the network fee for the transaction you sign appears in your wallet. A dash (—) means the information is unavailable, not that the fee is zero.

What is UnifiedX Swap?

One terminal for swapping tokens within a single network or across different blockchains. Choose your assets, destination network and available route in one place.
